Register to Be a Vendor at the 2019 Conference

Vendor Registration

Dear Friend of the UTAHSWA,

Our members are Social Workers from health care settings around the state of Utah including hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, long-term care facilities and outpatient clinical agencies.

It is time to start preparing for our annual conference! We are excited to announce that it will be on August 8th, 2019 at the Utah Cultural Center in West Valley City, Utah. For those of you that attended last year, you will see the similar structure for this year, and for those of you that are new, we look forward to having you as a vendor!

Theme: “The Unspoken Epidemic: Trauma”

Here are our plans for this year:

We are preparing a full day conference rather than having the conference spread over 2 days similar to past years.

– With this, we are again going to offer vendor time and include an educational opportunity between you and our members (more to come on this)

– We are planning to have approximately an hour of member/vendor time, in addition to our regular 15 minute breaks throughout the day.

– Set-up on August 8th beginning at 7:00 am, registration starting at 7:15 am with conference at 8:00 am. The vendors and breakout sessions will be in the lower level with opening and ending keynotes and meals in the main floor auditorium.

– Fee for the day is $600 which will include food

Vendor registration is preferred by July 27th, 2019.

In registering, please let us know if you need power for your booth, so we know where to have your table located at the Cultural center.

We look forward to having you take part in this wonderful opportunity to connect with our members!

Please let us know if you have any questions! Feel free to email us at
