Register to Be a Vendor at the 2021 Conference
Dear Friend of the UTAHSWA,
The Utah Social Work Association (formerly USSWLHC) is a statewide organization that values and strives to promote and support the development of social workers at all levels and in all settings. We emphasize the vital contribution social workers have in this community through a multitude of career paths and specialties. Our strength in meeting these goals is due to our outstanding members, offering educational opportunities, and advocacy for positive change in our field.
It is time to start preparing for our annual conference which we are so pleased will be happening in-person and virtually making it a hybrid conference! We are excited to announce that it will be on August 12th, 2021 at the Utah Cultural Center in West Valley City, Utah. For those of you that attended in 2019, you will see a similar structure for this year, and for those of you that are new, we look forward to having you as a vendor!
Theme: “Social Work and What We’ve Learned from the Pandemic”
Here are our plans for this year:
We are preparing a full day conference, we will have participants in-person and also participating through Zoom virtually.
– With this, we are again going to offer vendor time to visit each booth
– We are planning to have approximately an hour of member/vendor time during our regular 15 minute breaks throughout the day.
– Set-up on August 12th beginning at 7:00 am, registration starting at 7:15 am with conference at 8:00 am. The vendors and breakout sessions will be in the lower level with opening and ending keynotes and meals in the main floor auditorium.
– Fee for the day is $600 which will include food for up to 2 representatives from your agency (catering provided by Meier’s BBQ & Catering)
Vendor registration is preferred by July 23rd, 2021.
In registering, please let us know if you need power for your booth, so we know where to have your table located at the Cultural center.
We look forward to having you take part in this wonderful opportunity to connect with our members!
