Application/Request for Continuing Education Credit

If you or your organization is seeking CEU approval for your educational event, UTAHSWA is a provider of CEU’s. We are also able to approve and sponsor continuing education events/opportunities for agencies/organizations in the community relating to the field of Social Work.
