BIO
Mark Dale is an experienced Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in both acute & post-acute health care industries. Strong community and social services professional skilled in Crisis Intervention, Palliative Care, Home Care / Hospice, State and Federal funding programs, Case Management, and Medical Social Work.
Currently Mark is working at Rocky Mountain Care, Mark has worked on solidifying and streamlining the social work departments in skilled nursing, home care and hospice as well as palliative. His goals are to ensure that patients are able to flow through the continuum of care within Rocky Mountain seamlessly and that social workers have the tools and education necessary to accomplish this.
